How to protect the invitation

Keep the seal inside the mailing envelope.

Step 1

Finish the inner invitation.

Use the wax seal on the envelope your guest will open.

Step 2

Use an outer mailing envelope.

Put wax seals, string, and ribbon inside another envelope instead of mailing them exposed.

Take one sample to the Post Office.

If it feels rigid or uneven, have one finished invitation checked before you mail the full batch.
